• All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.

• Bookings are not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us.

• Final payment terms will be outlined in your booking agreement or invoice.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation by the client must be made in writing.

• Cancellations made:

  • More than 30 days before the event: Deposit retained.

  • Less than 30 days before the event: Up to 100% of the agreed fee may be charged to cover costs.

• If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly and refund any payments made.

4. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

• It is the client's responsibility to inform us of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or special requirements at the time of booking.

• While we take precautions to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our food is 100% allergen-free.
